How the applicant pipeline works
Every candidate from every source in one kanban board.
The pipeline is a kanban with five default stages: Applied -> Screening -> Interview -> Offer -> Hired. Candidates land in Applied automatically from every job board, your careers page, and any manual entry. You drag them right as they progress.
Default stages
- Applied - just arrived. New within the last 7 days are flagged.
- Screening - phone screen / async questionnaire stage.
- Interview - structured interview(s); scorecards live here.
- Offer - written offer extended, awaiting response.
- Hired - accepted and start-date confirmed.
Customizing stages
Settings -> Pipeline. Add, rename, or reorder stages. Each role can have its own variant - useful when interviewing for line cooks (3 stages) is structurally different from a kitchen manager (5 stages including a working interview).
Filter the board with the top bar: by role, by source (Indeed vs Google Jobs vs careers page), by date applied, or by assigned team member.
