Why we’re building this
Small businesses hire. A lot. Retail shops replace staff constantly. Restaurants post the same roles every few months. Trades businesses need to staff up for a busy season. Healthcare practices add roles as they grow.
The software built for them is either a spreadsheet - which breaks the moment two people are reviewing the same applicant - or an enterprise ATS that forces you into a 12-month contract, charges per job, and takes a week to set up.
ParsleyHR is the third option: a simple applicant tracking system with flat pricing, no contract, and one-click job posting to the boards that actually matter. We’re pre-launch, building carefully, and talking to real small-business owners at every step.

We build for the owner who has to post a job between customers, not for a full-time HR team. Everything in ParsleyHR earns its place. If a feature would only confuse a ten-person shop, it doesn't ship.

One flat price. No contracts. No add-on traps. No free-trial bait-and-switch. We write pricing pages you can read in ten seconds, because that's what we'd want ourselves.

Where we are today
ParsleyHR is in early access. We’re a small team - not a large funded company, and not a solo side project. We’re building in the open, iterating with early users, and launching publicly soon.
We won’t tell you how many customers we have until we have enough to say something meaningful. We won’t show you fake review badges or invented stat bars. We’ll just keep building a product that earns those things honestly.
