About ParsleyHR
Built for the small businesses big ATS forgot.
The ATS that doesn't need an HR team to run, because the businesses we built it for don't have one.

Dvir Atias
Before ParsleyHR, I founded a cybersecurity research lab in Munich and a 30-person APAC startup based in Singapore. Today I run HoldCo, a venture studio for niche SaaS products - ParsleyHR is one of them.
Every time I had to hire for any of them, the same thing happened. The cheapest 'real' ATS quote came back around $300/month with a 12-month contract. The free trials charged for everything that mattered. And the best candidate I'd seen all month accepted somewhere else because the workflow lived in three different tabs and I'd forgotten to reply.
So I built the one I wished I'd had. Flat pricing. No contracts. Simple enough that the owner can actually run it themselves.
The story
Hiring still looks like four browser tabs.
A spreadsheet, abandoned by Tuesday.
A Gmail inbox piling up under "Applications".
An Indeed dashboard nobody refreshes.
The role on day 44 - and the best candidate already accepted somewhere else.
The big ATS products are built for HR teams that don’t exist in a five-person business. The spreadsheet works for a week, then doesn’t. The applications get reviewed at 11pm when the day’s already gone.
ParsleyHR is the missing middle: every applicant in one place, every board in one click, simple enough to run on a Tuesday between customers.
What we won’t compromise on.
Simple
Built for owners who post jobs between customers.
Honest
One flat price. No contracts. No add-on traps.
All in one
Every applicant, every board, one screen.
Distribution
50+
Job boards reached in a single click - including the eight that drive most small-business applicants.
