Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is free for as long as you want it - no trial timer, no credit card. You get every ParsleyHR feature, for one active position at a time. When you need more roles open at once, upgrade to Team ($49/mo, or $39/mo annual) for up to 10, or Unlimited ($99/mo, or $79/mo annual) for as many as you want.
What counts as an 'active position'?
An active position is an open role with applications coming in. Close the role (whether you hired or not) and it frees up a slot. There's no per-applicant cap and no time limit on how long a role can stay open.
Do I lose features on the cheaper plans?
No. Every plan includes every ParsleyHR feature - careers site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, candidate SMS, 50+ job boards, all of it. The only thing that changes between plans is how many roles you can hire for at once.
Is there really no contract?
Correct. Every paid plan is billed month to month and you can cancel anytime from inside your account. Annual billing is available too; it saves you about 20%, and it's still cancelable.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or move back to free in two clicks. We never make you talk to someone to change your mind.
Do you charge per user?
No - ParsleyHR has flat pricing per tier with no per-user fees. Each plan does have a user cap: 1 user on Bootstrap (free), up to 10 on Team ($49/mo), unlimited on Unlimited ($99/mo). You pay one flat price for the plan, whatever team you've added within the cap.
