Leaving notes and interview scorecards
Capture interview feedback in a format the whole team can compare.
Two kinds of feedback live on a candidate card: notes (free-text, threaded), and scorecards (structured 1-5 ratings on dimensions you define).
Notes
Click 'Add note' on the candidate card. Type. @-mention a teammate to alert them; they get an email + in-app notification. Notes are visible to everyone with access to the candidate.
Scorecards
Settings -> Scorecards. Define up to 6 dimensions (e.g. 'Communication', 'Technical skill', 'Culture fit'). Each scored 1-5 with an optional comment. Every interviewer fills the same form for the same role, so you compare apples to apples.
The decision view
On the candidate card, the 'Team feedback' tab averages everyone's scores per dimension and surfaces the strongest dissenting comment. That's usually enough to make the call.
If you don't want to use scorecards yet, leave them empty - notes alone work fine for small teams.
