Messaging candidates from ParsleyHR
Email templates and candidate SMS - both included on every plan.
Candidate communication runs through ParsleyHR so every back-and-forth attaches to the candidate's timeline. Replies route back to the same thread in your dashboard - no losing emails in your inbox.
Click 'Email' on a candidate card. Pick a template (Interview invite, Schedule confirmation, Rejection - polite, Offer letter) or write fresh. Variables like {firstName} and {role} fill in automatically.
SMS / texting
Click 'Text' on a candidate card. The candidate's reply comes back into the same thread. SMS is most useful for restaurant / retail / trades hiring where candidates respond to texts way faster than email.
Mass messages
Bulk-select candidates in a stage, click 'Message all'. Personalization tokens still substitute, so it doesn't read like a blast.
All ParsleyHR messages are sent from your domain (with SPF/DKIM set up automatically). Candidates see emails from 'you@yourcompany.com' - not from us.
