Managing team members and permissions

Add and remove teammates, set their role, see who has access to what.

Settings -> Team. There's no per-seat cost on any plan - you pay one flat price per tier, with a user cap that scales by plan (1 on Bootstrap, up to 10 on Team, unlimited on Unlimited). The screen shows everyone with access, their role, and the last time they logged in.

Three roles

  • Admin - full access: billing, settings, all jobs and candidates. Owner of the account is automatically Admin and can't be demoted.
  • Hiring Manager - posts and edits jobs, manages candidates on those jobs, leaves notes and scorecards. Cannot see billing or change account settings.
  • Interviewer - read-only on candidates they're assigned to, with the ability to add notes and scorecards. Cannot post or close jobs.

Removing someone

Click Remove next to their row. Their access is revoked immediately; their notes and scorecards stay on the candidate records (with their name still attached, for audit-trail clarity).
