Editing or closing a job
Changes propagate to every board; closing a role frees up your plan's active-position quota.
Edit a published job by clicking it from the Jobs list and updating any field. ParsleyHR re-syndicates the change to every board your job is on within about 30 minutes - you don't have to push it manually.
Closing a job
- Jobs -> click the role -> 'Close job'.
- Pick a reason (Hired, Position cancelled, Reposting later). This is for your own analytics; nothing public.
- Closing instantly removes the post from your careers page and triggers takedown on every board.
What 'closed' means for your plan
Active-position quota is based on currently open jobs. Bootstrap allows 1 active job, Team allows 10, Unlimited has no cap. Closing a role frees a slot immediately - useful if you finished hiring one and want to open another.
Reopening a closed job re-syndicates it to every board as a fresh post. Boards treat it as a new posting (so it shows up at the top of recent listings).
