Posting a job in ParsleyHR is a single form. Once you fill it in and hit Publish, the role appears on your branded careers page immediately and gets syndicated to the major job boards within minutes.
The fields that matter
- Title - keep it specific. 'Line Cook (Brunch shift)' converts better than 'Cook'.
- Location - exact city. Boards that require remote/hybrid/on-site tags pick this up automatically.
- Salary range - posts with a published range get 2-3x more applicants. Add it.
- Description - the day-to-day, not boilerplate. Two short paragraphs beats a long bullet list.
- Knockout questions - 2 to 3 short yes/no filters ('Available weekends?', 'Have your own car?') that auto-screen applications.
Where the job posts to
By default: Indeed, LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Monster, Facebook Jobs, and Craigslist. Most boards index within 30-60 minutes; Google for Jobs typically takes 24-48 hours after Google re-crawls your careers page.
