Inviting teammates
Add hiring managers, interviewers, and the owner - up to 10 on Team, unlimited on Unlimited.
There's no per-user fee on any ParsleyHR plan - you pay one flat price per tier. Each plan does have a user cap: 1 on Bootstrap (free), up to 10 on Team, unlimited on Unlimited. So on paid plans you can invite the whole hiring team - the chef, the assistant manager, the franchise owner - without paying per seat.
How to invite
- Settings -> Team -> Invite.
- Enter the email + pick a role (Admin / Hiring Manager / Interviewer).
- They get an email with a one-click sign-in. No password.
Role differences
- Admin - everything: billing, settings, post jobs, manage candidates.
- Hiring Manager - post and edit jobs they own, manage their candidates, view team. Cannot change billing.
- Interviewer - read-only on candidates assigned to them, can leave notes and scorecards.
Need to remove someone (e.g. after they leave)? Same screen - click Remove next to their row. Their notes and scorecards stay on the candidate records.
