Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling

Every change is a two-click toggle in your dashboard. No phone call, no 30-day notice.

Plan changes happen in Settings -> Billing. You see your current plan, what each tier costs, and a toggle between them. No support ticket required to change anything.

Upgrading

Pick the higher tier. We prorate the current cycle - you pay only for the days remaining at the new rate. Access to the new features (e.g. more active positions) is immediate.

Downgrading

Pick the lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (you don't lose what you paid for). If you have more active positions than the new tier allows, you'll need to close some before the cycle ends.

Cancelling

Settings -> Billing -> Cancel. One click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle and you keep full access until then. Your data stays in our system for 90 days after cancellation so you can re-activate without re-uploading anything.

We never have a phone-call retention process. The cancel button works. If something pushed you to leave, hello@parsleyhr.com will get an actual human response - not a save-the-account script.
